Terms and Conditions of letting

The cottage is let on a weekly basis (arrival) Saturday 2.00pm onwards – (departure) Saturday 10.00am.

A £30.00 non-refundable deposit, payable by cheque/postal order or cash, is required with confirmation of booking. Remaining balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to period booked.

If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before date of arrival the full balance is payable at the time of booking

We are unable to take payment online or by credit/debit card at the present time.

Please let us know if you are likely to arrive after 8.00pm

Heating and Electricity included

All Linen and Towels provided

We ask that you let us know of any breakages or spillages as soon as possible to enable replacement before next let.
